I described ‘s quilt as stunning when she picked this masterpiece up. The kaleidoscope blocks are each so interesting and unique. Expertly pieced. Mary-Anne asked for her binding to be attached to her quilt so she can hand stitch it to the back. It’s going to take awhile to hand stitch this one all the way around. I bet she’ll enjoy every minute of it.

Mary-Anne and I chose for this quilt - I think it really compliments her quilt. The thread is khaki by Glide.

Paula Sampson picked up her beautiful snowflake quilt this week … I thought with the weather this morning you might enjoy seeing a quilty snowflake rather than what we are seeing out our windows in Sydney! ❄️

Volunteer Resources is seeking donations of new quilts to help brighten up our patient rooms! The children and youth love these gifts from the community and take the quilts home with them when they leave.

All sizes (31 x 33 inches to double bed) and colours are welcome. Please no knitted or crochet blankets, or quilts that have ties.

We also kindly ask that quilts donated do not include religious symbols, themes, or imagery. Our goal is to provide warm and welcoming items to all members of the community, regardless of faiths, beliefs or spiritually.
