You don’t need to understand every word you read.
One of the biggest mistakes we make in an exam is treating every unfamiliar word like an emergency. We stop. We reread. We try to remember the meaning. And before we know it, we’ve spent 40 seconds on one word.
The real skill isn’t knowing every word.
It’s knowing **what to do when you don’t know one.**
