Kids MMA end class with a game
Next week on May 31 at 11am-1pm, kids and youth students are invited to join us in the Minute to Win It event! Parents are welcome to join and feel free to bring snacks and water.
Fundamental, Standard, and Advance classes will resume as normal.

On Sat. March 8, we'll be hosting a UFC 313 watch party! Pre-lims at 5pm; Main cards at 7pm. It is $10 per head.

Demonstrating the Tripod sweep in Adult Standard class
Hey CSP folks! This Saturday Jan. 25, we'll be having the winter in-school tournament. Kids/Youth division will be 11am-2pm, and Teens/Adults division will be 3pm-6pm. Doors open 10:30am. No classes are running that day. It is a free event so come by and cheer on our competitors. Hope to see you there!
Reminder that we are having our end-of-year potluck at the gym today at 5:30pm. This is an adult-oriented event but parents who train can bring their kids.
After that, we will be closing for our holiday break and we will re-open on January 6.
It's been a pleasure training with you all and see you in the next year!
