LOOKING AHEAD

We invite all Parents/Guardians to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in MAY 2026

Elections will be held for the following PAC executives’ positions:

Chair

Vice Chair

Secretary

Treasurer

DPAC representative

However. The Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and DPAC will be finishing their time with the PAC as their children graduate this school year 2025/2026. Our goal is to support and train a new team to ensure a smooth transition.

If no new PAC team is in place, we will begin the dissolution process and responsibly spend down any remaining PAC funds.

Nomination & Voting process

To nominate someone or vote you must be a parent of a child that is enrolled in James Ardiel Elementary. You must be present in person or on Zoom with your camera on. You must also be present during introductions so your name can be recorded as an eligible voter.

Note: you cannot vote for yourself, all nominations must come from another attendee.

We encourage all Parents and Guardians to consider joining the PAC, as your participation is vital to continuing our support for the school and students.

Bags will be PRE ORDERED from October 15th to October 21st at 2:25PM

NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

October 28th at 2pm your child will receive their treat bags from their teachers.
