Community walk.
Thank you to our families for recommending us the “Flightradar24 “ application; during our walks and with the group interested this new tool has assist us in our learning of Air transportation (jets and rotors/blades machines); with now learning the type, model, and place of destination that the group observe during outdoor time.
This walk gave us the opportunity to see and compare so many models of air crafts; it also peeked the interest in other transportation machines (ground ones).
Interested question and conversation were started and had been followed up by the group!
When parents and educators come together, there is always something magical in between ❤️

It has been a busy couple of weeks, observation is the key for educators when providing and enhancing learning experiences.
Airplanes/helicopters.
Expanding vocabulary and providing hands on experience has been our learning curve through this month.
Transportation in específico has been or key player in scaffolding children knowledge and get to know what is that the group is interested and looking for.
Observations, field trips, inferences, counting, dancing, singing and recreating this huge flying machines has given us the opportunity to expand into dramatic play and physical literacy.
Passing the middle line and coordination of left right brain has been a focus this day.
