Don’t forget to order a sports day shirt in your child’s team colour, as we will not be opening up another Hawkwear order until next year!

Welcome to Kindergarten 2021/2022 School Year!

Instead of meeting in person or online this year, parents of future Hawks will be receiving an email on Thursday, June 3rd with information for students starting Kindergarten in September of 2021.

We also have a special "Welcome Bag" from Ray Shepherd that will be sent home to all of our new students!

White Spot Kick-Back Day!

On Thursday, May 6th, order from White Spot @ 152nd & 16th Ave and quote our school, Ray Shepherd Elementary, and 20% of the bill will be donated back to our school’s PAC.

All you need to do is order your favorite White Spot meals!

This is available ALL DAY May 6th, so Lunch and Dinner are both eligible.

Here is your chance to do your part for our school! Here is what we need you to do (and your hands won't get dirty!):

• Place pre-printed labels on empty plastic bags.
• Send pre-labelled plastic bags home with students before the breaks; Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Break.
• Prepare notices for posting on Facebook and emailed to parents.
• Notify Treasurer when balance is large enough to redeem the funds to deposit into our bank account (around $200).

Foldable bins are in the PAC closet for events & Hot Lunch days.

Inform Supporters bring their refundable beverage containers to any Express location, in the bags labelled with our fundraiser account details. They may also
print labels at the Express kiosk using our phone number 604 531 1471*.

Once the bags have been tagged and dropped off at an Express location, it is sorted and counted within 10 business days. As the labels are linked to the fundraising account, the refund will go directly to your Return-It Express account.
