"Wow & Delight" is the name of the program we have developed at our healthcare clinic, Legacies Health Centre. Our goal is simply to offer more than what was ever expected - to "wow and delight". We want to be different than your typical business, and ensure we value our team above all else.

This Sunday we rolled-out our reception gratitude event called "the Ladies if LEGACIES". It was all about pampering and delighting these special ladies. We brought the spa to them, had a chocolate fountain, special tropical drinks, and lots of laughs!

How are you recognizing your staff? What could you do that would surprise them with how much you care? This is how you develop your business "culture".

You want to know the secret to being a SUCCESSFUL Entrepreneur? It's Action. So many people talk a good talk, and claim to be experts, but it's the ones who take Action that get results. How productive was your day today? Did it move you closer to your goal? Is it aligned with your Purpose? The most successful entrepreneurs take Action that is ONLY aligned with their purpose, and go after it tenaciously. If you want massive success, this is the "secret". That's really it. But watch how you start to doubt and talk yourself out of taking that next step. Fear will stand in your way, and unless you are courageous, you will never achieve your SUCCESS.

One of the most common problems I hear from business owners is finding that "unique something" that makes them special in their industry. This should be something you clearly understand. From it, you will be able to focus your marketing message and continue to attract the people you want to your business. A great place to start is simply asking your existing clientele, "Why did you choose us?".
