- Attend phone calls and pass basic daycare information to new/interested parents
- Keep files and invoices up-to-date
- Book appointments and tours
- Create documents
- Update social media accounts

Qualifications:
- Experience in dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Able to manage files and records and organize meetings
- Experience as an administrative assistant is highly desirable
