Every day, students around the world attend Mathnasium learning centers to boost their math skills. Our goal is to significantly increase your child's math skills, understanding of math concepts, and overall school performance, while building confidence and forging a positive attitude toward the subject. Whether your child is advanced in math, struggling, or somewhere in between, we're here to help. We start with an assessment, which will help us identify areas for improvement. From there we build an individualized custom lesson plan to teach basic concepts, build skills, and build confidence. We combine this with a 'workout' plan that emphasizes number sense and mental math, and includes curriculum where the student is already strong, as well as incorporating all the new concepts that your student will be learning. In addition, we want to help students succeed in class, so we can incorporate homework help into your students math 'workout' as needed.
