Receiving these types of messages from students, whether they be current or past, literally keeps me uplifted and inspired to keep going.

There is so much that I want to share in the classroom and so much that I am still learning that sometimes I don’t know how much of the work is resonating and being applied in their practices. Feedback matters and gives one a true gauge of our impact. Personally, I am never afraid to hear how things in the classroom can improve, but hearing of such positive results gives me such pride and the impetus to keep going and striving for more.

A heartfelt thank you to the students that wrote this particular message. Knowing that she is applying the principles of the work and having such a great affect with her patients is a massive win!

What an incredible group of Biodynamic Fascial Integration therapists!!!! It’s been such a pleasure working with them all for the past 2 & 1/2 years and bearing witness to their evolution. Each has something special that they bring to the practice and I just know there are many success stories in their futures!!!

So grateful to each them for trusting my guidance along the way 🙏🏼💕💫

Dr. Wilbour Kelsick is the founder and Clinical Director of the MaxFit Movement Institute and a leading expert in sports and rehabilitative medicine. With over 40 years of clinical experience, he has served as medical staff for the Canadian National and Olympic teams for more than 30 years and participated in 11 Olympic Games. His expertise also extends to professional leagues such as the NHL and NBA and he has consulted with Olympic athletes globally, including from the USA, Africa, the Caribbean, and Sweden.

He holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Kelsick is a Fellow of both the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) and the College of Chiropractic Rehabilitative Sciences (Canada).
A prolific contributor to sports medicine literature, Dr. Kelsick has published articles, contributed to key texts such as Fascia in Sport and Movement , Myofascial Magic, Functional exercise prescription, The shoulder theory & practiceand has lectured internationally. He is also the founder of the “Teach Me to Run Workshop,” which focuses on running technique, efficiency, and injury prevention. His work emphasizes functional anatomy, biotensegrity, and human movement science.
