Ten years ago, three people in this community said yes to praying for other people. Jill, Diane, and Georgia have been doing it ever since. For friends, for neighbours, for people they sit beside on a Sunday morning.

This Sunday we're honouring them. You'll also hear from our newest practitioners, some in the room and some on Zoom, as they share what they're learning about this work.

A quick note before tomorrow's picnic 🧺☀️

I've been under the weather this week, but that is not slowing down our 2nd Annual Picnic one bit.

Stepping in to share a message with us: Paul, who is training with us as a practitioner and brings years of ministry experience from the Pentecostal tradition. Different road, same devotion to Spirit. I think you'll love what he brings to this community.

The picnic is still on, rain or shine: Sunday, Aug 23, 12:30–3:00pm, 2585 132 St. Bring a lawn chair and your own water — the centre's got meats covered, so bring a side, salad, or dessert to share.

I'm still on the mend, so Paul's got the message today — but I'll be there to cheer him on and soak up some sun with all of you.

We're excited to welcome back Ranj Singh to the Concerts at the Pier, Presented by TD - he'll be the opening act for this Thursday's Delhi 2 Dublin concert at Miramar Plaza! 🎸
