Our popcorn fundraiser is a favourite with the kids, but we can’t make it happen without our amazing parent volunteers!

We’re looking for one more parent who can commit to helping with popcorn just once a month. A small commitment makes a BIG difference and helps us keep this fun fundraiser going throughout the school year. ❤️💛

The first day of school is tomorrow !

We can’t wait to welcome our Martha Currie Wolves back on Tuesday, September 8!

Kindergarten students will meet at the front of the school for sign-in from 10:00–10:20 a.m.

Students in Grades 1–7 should follow the map to their designated lineup spots and will be in class from 10:00–11:00 a.m.

Parents are invited to mingle with the PAC executive at the front of the school while enjoying a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Come say hello and connect with our school community!

Students do not need to bring school supplies or snacks. Please remember that parents may not park in the staff parking lot.

đźš« NO E-SCOOTERS ON SCHOOL PROPERTY đźš«
A reminder to all families that Surrey Schools does not permit the use or storage of electric scooters on school property at any time.
The City of Surrey also does not permit e-scooters on public roads, sidewalks or in public parks. Surrey and White Rock are not participating in British Columbia’s E-Scooter Pilot Project.
Students who ride e-bikes must dismount and walk them while on school property. E-bikes cannot be charged at school or stored inside school buildings.
These rules help protect the safety of our students, staff and school community. Thank you for your cooperation!

We are selling delicious, fresh apples to raise funds for the Martha Currie PAC and support our school community.
Orders are open now until October 6.

Welcome Back to School!
Join us on the first day of school, September 8, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The PAC Executive will have a tent set up in front of the school and will be handing out coffee and hot chocolate for parents / caregivers (sorry kiddos!) . We would love for you to stop by and say hello!
Every parent and guardian at École Martha Currie is automatically a member of the PAC. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend PAC meetings, either in person or virtually, throughout the school year. There will be opportunities to volunteer with hot lunch, the holiday market, the spring fair and more!
We look forward to seeing you and welcoming everyone back!

Welcome to Kindergarten at École Martha Currie!
The first two weeks of school will follow a gradual entry schedule to help the K’s settle into Kindergarten.

Children will be divided into two groups based on their last name and will attend during the dates and times shown on the calendar. Please check the schedule carefully to see when your child should attend.
We are so excited to welcome our new Kindergarten families to the Martha Currie community!

Want to stay up to date on everything happening at our school? The PAC Executive works hard behind the scenes to keep families informed about important dates, upcoming events, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and school news. We don't want you to miss a thing!
