Happy 2024! I realize I have been largely absent from this profile as life has rearranged itself and my home studio has closed.
Just wanted you to know I am still teaching and working at the clinic.

You can find me at Diane Lee & Associates - Physiotherapy on Mondays for yoga therapy and at Live Yoga on Tuesday mornings for group class at 9;30 am.

I am also subbing in Monday nights January and February at 5pm at Live Yoga for a gentle class.

All classes at Live are live-streamed so you can join me from anywhere. No excuses ❤️

I have watched this lovely soul recover from a bad fall that led to a gamma nail repair in her hip. It’s been a slow and frustrating recovery - she tried many disciplines and practitioners on her road but rather than helpful it became frustrating and confusing for her. She finally agreed to focus on yoga therapy and trust the process. Yoga Therapy doesn’t always look like yoga- we work on mobility, settling the nervous system and slowly loading the body with more weight and more complex tasks- weight training! Working side by side with my Physio team I can put her in good hands ( literally) for release work or further diagnosis if we hit bumps in the road to recovery.
My patient is stronger and more stable than she has been in years and I am so proud of her as she has to do lots of homework on her own.
I told her that this photo proves her progress - this 90 degree angle was unattainable a few months ago. I asked her permission to post it because I am so proud of her! - keep it up
