What an amazing day of yoga ! Thank you Live Yoga for making this event possible and for asking me to teach this beautiful group ! The sun came out behind the clouds and it was gorgeous to be doing yoga in our little town on our famous pier.

Walk The Rock is coming up, and we’d love to see our Live Yoga community there.
This wonderful community event is organized by Peace Arch Hospital Foundation’s Youth in Action program, a group of local Grade 10–12 students helping bring people together for movement, connection, and giving back.

❤All proceeds collected will benefit a new ICU and Cardiac Monitoring Unit at Peace Arch Hospital, helping improve critical and cardiac care for patients and families in our community ❤

Live Yoga is honoured to be part of the day by leading a free Pier Oceanside Yoga class to help make the morning even more special.

Free Pier Oceanside Yoga Class
Presented by Live Yoga 🧘‍♀️

This class is suitable for all ages, and no equipment is required. You are welcome to bring a towel if you’d like. After yoga, head down to Memorial Park from 12:00–5:00pm to enjoy the rest of the Walk The Rock celebration, including family-friendly activities, food vendors, and more.

Come move, breathe, support local youth, and give back to Peace Arch Hospital Foundation with us.
