Thinking about graduation already? 🎓
One important step is declaring your program at KPU.

Once your program is declared, your major will change from “Intended” to “Declared,” which helps ensure your courses are being applied toward the right graduation requirements 📘

If you haven’t done it yet, try to declare your program early. You can declare your program through your Student Profile. Check out the “Program Declaration” handout and the “Program Declaration KPU” video for step-by-step guidance 😊

🗂️ Looking for an enrolment letter?
You can access your Confirmation of Enrolment directly through Student Self Service anytime and download it whenever you need it 👍 No signature from the Registrar’s Office is required.

Your letter will include:
🖊️ Your faculty and program
📖 Current registered credits
⭐ Completed credits

If you need additional details added, you can also request a Special Purpose COE. ❗Please note: a COE is not the same as an official transcript and does not include grades or credentials.

⏰ A friendly reminder to check your study permit expiry date!
If your permit is expiring in the next few months, it’s a good time to start preparing your extension application 📚🇨🇦 KPU recommends applying 120–150 days before your permit expires.

Here are two documents many students need from MyKPU before applying:
✔️ Official Transcript
✔️ Study Permit Extension Letter

Both can be requested online through KPU 💻(Just make sure you’re registered in current or upcoming courses before requesting the extension letter.) 📩 The extension letter will be sent to your KPU email and may take up to 20 business days to process.
