The Women's Retreat Team will be meeting this Wednesday evening at 7 pm and they would love to have new people with fresh ideas join them! If you would like to be a part of this team or even if you simply have an idea you would like considered for this year's retreat please plan on joining us.

Cedar Grove Women are walking this Saturday, May 26! Come and enjoy the beautiful flowers and shrubs at the Glades Garden in South Surrey. Call the office to sign up for carpooling (meet at the church at 9:20am) or meet us at 561 - 172nd Street at 10am. The cost to enter the gardens is by donation. The trails are bark mulch with some inclines and limited wheelchair access. Contact Lisa Sasaki-Wong at [email protected] with any questions.

We will be starting the study 'Experiencing God' by Richard and Henry Blackaby Wednesday morning! It will run on Wednesday and Saturday mornings starting at 9:00 in the fireside room. Hi ladies of the Grove! Sorry for the short notice but I’m looking for help if anyone would have time to spare tomorrow to help me take down the Christmas decorations at church. I’ll be there from 9:30 until 2:30. Let me know! Thank-you! ❤️Christine

Hello to our sisterhood at the Grove! Please help us as we are collecting donations to put together a Christmas hamper for a single mom through Pregnancy Options. She has a three year old daughter and a baby due in April (gender unknown). Items are due this Sunday and can be turned in at the Info Desk at church. Thank you in advance to anyone who is able to contribute and bless this mom. Here are some ideas suggested by Pregnancy Options:

Gift certificates or grocery store gift cards are a great idea as they enable clients to purchase something they would enjoy
Non-perishable food item(s)
Pampering items for mom
Toys or clothing items for children (daughter is size 4-5; gender neutral items welcome for baby)
Christmas card or note

Hi ladies of Cedar Grove! I will be decorating the church for Christmas next week and I’m looking for help 🙂 If you’d be able to give an hour, a day, or an evening, please let me know! These are the times that I’ll be at the church: Monday 9:00-12:00; Wednesday 9:00-2:00; Thursday 6:00-9:00; Friday 9:00-2:00. There will be Starbucks for those who come and join me! 😉

Hi Ladies, we are looking for help this weekend! We will be preparing meals in the church kitchen on Saturday (the 14th) from 1:00 until 5:00... some for the Fireside cafe on Sunday (the 15th), and some to give to those in need. We also need help on Sunday during second service and into the early afternoon serving the food for the Fireside cafe. Please let us know if you can help with either of these! Thanks so much,
