We had a lot of fun with our Master the first Date sessions!!!! Sooo much learning. For me, the highlight was recognizing the stories that we make up in our head are sometimes so far from the truth. Whether they are about us and what's possible ? Or the motivations of others? Left unchecked they allow us to create distance and excuses from deeper intimacy and connections with friends family and loved ones. I know I'll be taking a deeper look and asking questions instead of making stuff up.
