Our Demo Team had an amazing opportunity to perform at the K-POP Festival! 🎉

We’re so proud of the energy, confidence, and teamwork they brought to the stage. Every performance is a chance to grow, challenge ourselves, and share our passion for Taekwondo with the community.

🥋 Tournament-Style Poomsae Seminar Recap!

This past Saturday, our students had the opportunity to take part in a special Tournament-Style Poomsae Seminar led by Instructor Estelle.

Throughout the seminar, students worked on the details that make a difference in competition — from basic motions and accuracy to control, performance, and avoiding point deductions.

It was a great opportunity to experience how high-level Poomsae athletes train and prepare for tournaments while continuing to sharpen their own skills 💪

A big thank you to Instructor Estelle for sharing her experience and knowledge, and to all of our students who came ready to learn and challenge themselves!
