Fraser Wood Elementary

Students @ Fraser Wood Elementary observed Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 29, 2023. Students in classes created orange shirts with each students handprint attached. Every Division has their orange shirt up in our school library. Here is just a sample of our students great work. Everyone plays a role in the reconciliation process - Every Child Matters!

Huge congratulations to our Fraser Wood Elementary students and families for raising over $1200.00 for the Terry Fox Foundation! Many thanks to our staff for the incredible organization of our Terry Fox Run on September 28 and to all of our students for their participation

June 21 - National Indigenous Day - With the Medicine Wheel in mind, the students at Fraser Wood reflected on their commitment to understanding Indigenous Culture. Thanks to all the students for taking time and to the Indigenous Staff and Student Committee who assisted.
