Sun theme fun today! ☀️
We practiced counting and sequencing the sun rays, then worked on our fine motor skills with a bonus cutting activity. Lots of learning, creativity, and busy little hands all around!

☀️ Science in the sunshine! Today we explored "What Can the Sun Melt?" We made predictions, observed changes, and discovered that ice and chocolate melted quickly in the heat, while the wooden block stayed the same. Hands-on learning, curious minds, and lots of fun!

Today’s science activity was “What Can the Sun Melt?” ☀️
We placed ice, chocolate, a marshmallow, a hard candy, and a wooden block in the sun and made predictions about what would happen. The hot weather helped us get quick results! The ice and chocolate melted, the hard candy became sticky, the marshmallow stayed the same, and the wooden block didn’t melt at all.
We finished by exploring the ice with our hands, and some children even tasted it! We’re glad we were able to enjoy this sunny science experiment before the weather changed.

📚 Today we enjoyed reading Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons! The children loved following along as Pete stayed positive, even when his buttons popped off. It was a fun story that had everyone counting, singing, and smiling. 🎵😎🔘
