⭐️. You can boost your baby's brain develop ment so they grow...
-smarter
-stronger
-a strong mind-body connection
✨. Stimulate the largest systems in the brain. The first year is an amazing window of opportunity to stimulate your baby's brain in all the right ways.
✨. Build brain connections for future learning. The brain training I used for children, using cutting-edge techniques, to boost academic abilities and confidence, was based on the developmental movements they should have done as babies. Today babies just aren't receiving the stimulation they need. I see it in my work all the time. They aren't developing to their fullest potential.

Baby's Best Brain
Empowering parents to boost their baby's brain development for future reading and writing.
💙 That’s why I created this program.
So moms don’t have to wonder if they’re doing enough…
So they feel calm, clear, and confident from day one.
Inside The Baby Moves Method, I teach you how to:
Stimulate your baby’s brain and body with simple, powerful movements
Avoid common habits that delay development
Build a strong brain-body connection that supports posture, coordination, and learning
Help your baby grow smarter and stronger—starting from the first week
✨Comment “BRAIN” and I’ll send you the link.
You deserve to feel confident—and your baby deserves the best start.
With a decade of experience in cutting-edge brain training techniques, I specialize in Neurodevelopmental Movement Foundations (based on Dr. Mastagova and Dr. Harold Blomberg’s work).I’m also trained in Dr. Melillo's Brain Balance techniques, and Brain Gym® 101.
...If I could do it again with my babies, here's what I would do...
✨1. Avoid swaddling. Sadly swaddling interferes with the startle/moro reflex. Babies NEED to use this reflex to integrate and mature their brains!!...and so it disappears properly!
✨2. Avoid containers! Containers prevent free movement which babies NEED to engage their entire brain and body to build the brain connections for the future. Containers include bouncy seats, entertainment seats, swings, nesting pillows jumpy seats, etc.
✨3. Stimulate the large systems in the brain. The first 6 months is an amazing window of opportunity to stimulate your baby's brain in all the right ways.
✨4. Build brain connections for future learning. The brain training I used for children, using cutting-edge techniques, to boost academic abilities and confidence, was based on the developmental movements they should have done as BABIES!

✳️Phase one: Foundation
-the do's and don'ts for baby brain development.
-what you need to know about supporting your baby's primitive reflexes so their brain matures.
-where marketing has misled you
-everything you need to know about tummy time. How to do it how not to do it.
-How to stimulate the larger systems in the brain and why
✳️Phase two. Implement
- integrating primitive reflexes
-movements and exercises to activate the brain.
-sensory touch techniques to awaken the proprioception system.
-techniques to stimulate the vestibular system (the largest system in the brain.)
✳️Phase 3 Integration
-incorporate simple routines with brain-boosting exercises
-implement exercises and increase quality time with your baby and parent-baby bonding.
-practice easy short routines of movements and exercises throughout the day.

Babies learn in only TWO ways!
✨1. With sensory stimulation - using the five senses like vision, hearing, tasting, touch, and smell.
✨2. With motor stimulation. No one talks about this! Motor stimulation is movement stimulation! This is crucial for your baby to develop to be their best self!

There are powerful ways to help your baby build brain pathways they need for future reading and writing but almost no one is talking about.
(I'm not talking about singing and talking to your baby, responding to your baby, or sticking your tongue out. Those are all good, but focusing on the motor system is crucial).
- Your baby's first 6 months are a crucial window of opportunity to do this!
What I teach in this program is exactly what I used while brain training with children using movement techniques to boost brain development to make them smarter in school and more confident.
I used all the motor stimulations these children should have done as babies!!
With a decade of experience in cutting-edge brain training techniques, I specialize in Neurodevelopmental Movement Foundations (based on Dr. Mastagova and Dr. Harold Blomberg’s work).I’m also trained in Dr. Melillo's Brain Balance techniques, and Brain Gym® 101
Now I teach parents how to do this from the very beginning so their babies don't miss out.
If I had the chance to support my babies' brain development again, here are the four key changes I would make based on my work in child development:
1. Rethink Swaddling
I would avoid swaddling past the initial newborn stage. While it can be calming, prolonged swaddling interferes with the Moro (startle) reflex. Babies need to experience and use this reflex for it to properly integrate, which is a crucial process for the best brain development.
2. Limit "Container" Time
I would be much more intentional about limiting time in containers like bouncers, swings, and activity seats. These devices restrict the free movement that is essential for babies to engage their bodies and brains. This unrestricted movement is the foundation for building the neural connections required for future motor and cognitive skills.
3. Prioritize Foundational Brain Development
The advanced brain training I use with older children is based on the very developmental movements babies are meant to do in their first year. Today, many infants aren't getting the necessary motor stimulation to reach their fullest potential.
4. Start Early (Birth to 6 Months)
The most impactful window for this work is in the first year. Start the program with your newborn or 6 month old to get a head start. Watch your baby thrive and help them meet their milestones from the very beginning.

I had the chance to do it again with my babies here's what I would do...
1. No swaddling. Sadly swaddling interferes with the startle/moro reflex. Babies NEED to use this reflex for it to integrate and mature their brains!!
Too many moms are swaddling for too long and it can interfere and delay development because the startle ends up remaining strong and then they are forced to rely on swaddling and too afraid to stop.✳️
2. Avoid containers! Containers prevent free movement, which babies need to engage their entire brain and body to build brain connections for the future. Containers include bouncy seats, entertainment seats, swings, nesting pillows, jumpy seats, etc.✳️

5. Start from the very first week of birth. The sooner you start the better. That's why I always recommend learning how to stimulate your baby's brain while you are still pregnant so that you can be ready to begin the first week. It makes a huge difference.✳️
