A sneak peak into how our JK3 friends celebrated Pink Shirt Day- with hearts full of kindness 💗

We had a meaningful discussion about what it means to be kind and stand up for others. To spread that kindness throughout our school, the children handed out tulips with handwritten notes to each teacher 🌷

A beautiful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference ✨

JK3 East kicked off our Farm Animals STEM Project!

The children planted beets, carrots, and chia seeds to grow grass, beginning their journey of understanding how plants grow and how farm animals depend on them for food 🌾🥕. During circle time, they shared thoughtful ideas about what animals need—food, water, shelter, and care.

Next up: building our very own farm, where the children will create shelters and environments to support their animals’ needs! 🚜🐑

Little hands, big learning ✂️📚 Through cutting, pasting, writing, and reading, our children are building confidence while mastering “-ap” rhyming words like lap, nap, map, tap, and cap.
