Theme: Inside the Mind of an Employer - Tips for job hunting success
Bio: Kevin Li, a UBC Engineering alumni, has worked in Retail Operations and Supply Chain for over the past 10 years. He's worked across the various stages of the supply chain from import to DC four walls, to domestic transportation to store receiving and e-commerce. In a previous position, he oversaw a team of 50 team members and had 6-direct reports. Over the course of that time, he's hired his fair share of people and would like to share a few tips and traps to avoid when job hunting from a hiring manager's perspective.
