2026 Taekwondo Canada Nationals 🇨🇦🥋🔥
I am so proud of these 3. Years of hard work and dedication to the art and sport has allowed them the opportunity to compete at Nationals.
Yohann won two strong matches and fought hard in the final to earn silver. 🥈Brayden secured a great first win and lost the 2nd.Rohan battled hard in his first match and, while the result did not go his way, he learned a lot by staying and watching all 3 days of matches.
Huge thank you to Team BC and Taekwondo Canada for the opportunity. We learned a lot from this experience and this is only the beginning. Only up from here.

🌲🥾 Fun-filled family adventure at Deep Cove! 🏞️👨👩👧👦 We had a blast on our group hike with our Strike Taekwondo fam! 🥋🏞️ The kids were unstoppable, and the parents rocked the trails too! 🚶♂️🚶♀️🌿 Nature, laughter, and memories, all rolled into one amazing day! 😄❤️
