Job Description
Fairlight Educational College is one of the major learning institutions in Vancouver, Canada, providing a feasible and complete one-stop education program. FAIRLIGHT helps students and their families integrate into Canadian society smoothly and acquire the skills necessary for personal development. The academy is also committed to providing students with the best education by tailored learning content and signing up with local universities and private primary and secondary schools for admission. The academy offers a variety of courses including adult English, citizenship test preparation, CELPIP and IELTS A/G modules, as well as gun, hunting and sailing license training. For children, a full set of after-school tutoring courses are available for primary and secondary school programs, such as French, Spanish, Writing, Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, and AP. In addition, Fairlight Educational College has applied for the PTIB permission to offer two professional vocational courses and is in the process of applying for the qualification to issue the DLI visa.
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, responsible, and professional Senior PR Manager to join our leading group!
In this role, you will:
· Lead the product and marketing team on strategic planning and daily ex*****on.
· Collaborate with cross-functional team, including product researching, social media, and marketing development teams, and supporting crucial product and company campaigns with marketing strategy and ex*****on.
· Identify and assess the new marketing channels and activities and lead the media pitch.
· Oversee marketing relationships and maintain key media relationships.
· Recruiting new professional talents, training, and leading new staff.
· Guide project teams and marketing departments to improve the working process and working methods.
· Ensure the effectiveness and quality of Media releases.
Qualifications:
· Team leading experience is required
· 2+ years of leadership experience.
· Experience in the education industry
· Experience in working in a Global Market
· Operational planning ability and marketing skills.

Experience:
• Experience in education management, marketing management, or human resource management, at least 2 years (preferred)
