Woah!!! Going through this old footage has really shown me how fair I’ve come. That, I’m not going to let anything or anyone stand in my way. Life, is really hard right now, everything I’ve been through, this, right now has my heart in the most ache I hope to experience.

This workshop explores the hidden world of living soil and the microorganisms that sustain healthy ecosystems. Participants will learn the fundamentals of soil microbiology, compost ecology, nutrient cycling, and the soil food web through a practical and accessible lens. The session connects regenerative agriculture, composting systems, and ecological stewardship while demonstrating how microbes influence plant vitality, carbon sequestration, water retention, and long-term soil fertility. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how to work with biology rather than against it, whether in gardens, farms, restoration projects, or community spaces.
