Lots of work going on at the new MPI! To meet National Building Code for an Early Years Centre we need to add fire resistant gyprock on many walls .Thanks to Red Dirt Renos for their hard work and expertise!

Just a reminder that the centre will be closed Friday, May 1st, 2026. Our staff will be attending the ECDA’s Spring Conference to continue their professional development.

We’ve released our official statement on recent changes to Pedagogical Support funding in PEI’s Early Learning and Child Care sector.

Pedagogical Support Staff are not an added benefit, they are essential to quality, educator well-being, and the sustainability of our system. Changes to this funding will be felt by children, families, educators and in centres across the Island.
