Staff and children moved the daycare outside last week and enjoyed their morning class in nature.

The staff and children would like to thank the Ministry of Children and Family Development for approving the Summerland Early Learning Centre for the BC Maintenance Fund. With these funds we were able to upgrade our HVAC system and can now enjoy ideal indoor temperatures with an air filtration system.

A big ‘Thank You’ to Ms. Chrissi and Ms. Charleen, for their valuable work with children which resulted in the Summerland Early Learning Centre receiving a large funding for educational materials from the OneSky Supported Child Development Group.
