What a fantastic day for Wheatland’s Grade 5 and 6 Track & Field athletes!🌟 Students showed incredible effort and school spirit before the storm rolled in!

Our Wheatland garden is growing thanks to the amazing teamwork of our students! 🌱🌻
4A helped get our garden beds ready by cleaning them up and adding fresh compost to give our plants the best start. K/1M planted their sunflowers and wildflower seeds, and 1A, 3A, 4B, and 5B all helped plant our vegetable garden. We can’t wait to watch everything grow! 🥕🥬🍅
🌎🚀 Fun fact: One of our tomato plants has a pretty amazing story! This tomato came from the Tomatosphere project that KA and 5B participated in. The seed travelled all the way to space aboard the International Space Station before coming back to Earth and being planted here at Wheatland!
We can’t wait to see what our garden produces this year! 🌿✨

The rain may have changed our plans, but it didn't stop the fun! 🎉 Our K–3 Field Day moved indoors, and students enjoyed a day full of exciting activities, teamwork, laughter, and school spirit!🤍🌟

Dinosaur hikes and prehistoric picnics! 🦖 Our Montessori K/1 and STEAM K classes had the best time exploring the Royal Tyrrell Museum. The Grade 1s explored the Badlands to learn about dinosaur habitats, while our Kinders learned all about dinosaur diets at a "Dinosaur Picnic." So much fun packed into one day!

🦒🦁Our 2A and 2/3M classes enjoyed a beautiful day at the zoo on Friday! They had a wonderful time exploring, learning about different animals, and seeing many of their favourites up close. It was a great day of hands-on learning, discovery, and fun in the sunshine! ☀️

Gr. 5s at Heritage Park!🌟 Lots of rides, ice cream, panning for gold, learning about the famous 5, arithmetic, and a strike to get the city’s fire truck back!

Our Grade 1 students were excited to spot the Wheatland School sign out in the community today! 💙 We love seeing our school pride shining wherever we go!
