Today is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. For the children who died in residential schools throughout Canada and for all those who continue on a journey through the darkness, that there may be healing founded on truth and that the Spirit will inspire our ongoing commitment to reconciliation.

Today, we had the exciting opportunity to welcome storm chaser Chris Chittick to our school! Students learned all about tornadoes, severe weather, and most importantly, how to stay safe when severe weather strikes.

A huge thank you to School Council for sponsoring this fantastic and educational presentation with money raised from Spellathon! We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone with such incredible firsthand experience.
