They are deploying SEFSAM across their Americas operations, developing elite Leadership and Safety Excellence.

Welcome back, California Resources Corporation!

Recently, over 4 days GCLSE worked with 100+ safety leaders on the SEF-W (Safety Excellence for Workers) program.

GCLSE has enjoyed a 15-year relationship with CRC and we were excited to be working with their frontline workforce. We will also be working with CRC supervisors and managers with our SEF-W program in the coming week.

You may have noticed that GCLSE recently took a break from posting.

We are excited to announce that this was due to rebranding initiatives which included design updates to our logo and website, as well as to our external marketing and internal facilitation materials.

Our recent rebrand was created to represent the merging of how our Core Concepts lead to behavioral improvements, the foundations of which allow our clients to achieve elite safety performance in their operations.

Additionally, it has been a very busy time within GCLSE on multiple levels, as we work with our valued clients in our SEF and Champions programs, developing leadership and safety excellence.

We look forward to returning to our regular posting schedule and to continue to keep you informed on all things GCLSE!
