🌕 Don't Miss! June 29, 2026

The Beautiful Strawberry Moon Will Shine Brightly in the Night Sky

The Strawberry Moon, the Full Moon of June, will reach its peak illumination on June 29, 2026, at 23:56 UTC. This stunning full moon will appear bright and golden as it rises above the horizon, creating a breathtaking sight for skywatchers around the world.

Despite its name, the Moon will not actually appear pink or red. The name "Strawberry Moon" comes from Native American traditions that marked the short strawberry harvesting season in early summer.

As darkness falls, look toward the eastern sky to watch the Moon rise. When it is near the horizon, it can appear larger and more colorful due to Earth's atmosphere, making it one of the most beautiful full moons of the year.

Mark your calendars and enjoy this wonderful celestial event on June 29, 2026, at 23:56 UTC.
