Why Karate for Children ?
Discipline - A karate studio is a place of respect
Focus - Children fly from one activity to another and are notorious for their short attention spans. Karate has been shown to help children having difficulty with their focus and concentration in school.
Improves self-confidence - students work through karate’s belt system, while they are learning how to overcome challenges, conquer nerves, and frustration which leads to an overall improvement in self-confidence.
Benefits a child’s overall health - practicing karate two times a week will improve muscle tone, core strength, balance, reflexes, and coordination
