☕💙 Father’s Day Tea Reminder 💙☕

Families are invited to join us for our Father’s Day Tea on Thursday June 11 and Friday June 12 from 8:00am–9:30am. This is a drop-in event, so stop by and enjoy some refreshments and snacks with your child.

Dads or any other special people are invited to celebrate with the children. We look forward to sharing this special morning with our Avon Co-op families. 😊

A huge thank you to all of the families who joined us at the Stratford-Perth Pride Parade on Sunday! It was wonderful to come together as a community to celebrate love, inclusion, diversity, and belonging.

We loved seeing our families walking, cheering, and showing their support alongside so many others from across Stratford and Perth County. Your participation helped make the day bright, welcoming, and full of joy.

Thank you for helping us create a community where every child and family feels valued, respected, and celebrated. We are proud to have shared this special event with you!

A big thank you to Constable Hughes, Rachel, and Dusty the service dog for visiting our nursery school last Tuesday and Wednesday morning!

Our children learned so much about the important work that police officers do to help keep our community safe. The visit was full of excitement, learning, and lots of great questions from our curious preschoolers.

One of the highlights was meeting Dusty, who quickly became a favourite among the children! We also loved getting an up-close look inside the police car and learning about some of the tools officers use every day.

Thank you for taking the time to visit us and share your knowledge. We appreciate all that you do for our community!

🌈 Join Us at the Stratford Pride Parade! 🌈

A reminder to Avon Co-op families that the Stratford-Perth Pride Parade is happening this Sunday, May 31! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

The Pride March begins at 1:00 PM at the Tom Patterson Theatre and travels along Lakeside Drive to Upper Queen’s Park, where the Pride Festival will continue from 1:30–4:00 PM with family-friendly activities, entertainment, vendors, and more!

Avon Co-op families are invited to meet us for a picnic at 12:00 PM on the grassy area across from the bandshell on Veterans Drive before the parade begins. Bring a blanket, snacks, and your rainbow spirit as we gather together before participating in the parade as a group! 🌟

We look forward to celebrating love, inclusion, kindness, and community together!

A huge thank you to Perth County paramedics and Stratford fire department for taking the time to visit our school last week! 🚑🚒

The children had such a wonderful time learning about emergency vehicles, meeting the amazing first responders in our community, and asking lots of curious questions. Experiences like these help children learn about safety while building connections with the people who help keep our community safe every day.

🚒🚑 Reminder for Avon Co-op Families! 🚑🚒

Our exciting Emergency Vehicle Visits are happening on Tuesday May 19th and Wednesday May 20th!

The children will have the opportunity to explore a fire truck and ambulance, meet some of our local firefighters and paramedics, and learn all about the important work they do in our community. ❤️

We’re looking forward to two fun and educational days filled with lots of questions, learning, and excitement!
