During our time in Saint Lucia, we stayed at Stephanie’s Apartments in Gros Islet just steps from the beach, beautifully clean, and supported by an incredibly kind and helpful staff.
A heartfelt Nancy Campbell Academy thank you to Bruno and Ms. Gillard for taking such wonderful care of our group and making us feel at home throughout our stay.

These pictures are from Leon Hess Secondary School. The drama arts students welcomed and walked us in with their own cultural arts/dance performance retelling a traditional story and wearing traditional costumes. After our performance we spent some time talking to the students about the issues portrayed in the dances. They also showered us with Lucian hospitality with very much appreciated cold drinks and hot dogs/sandwiches.

With values at the core of who we are and how we learn. We asked one of our students the following question; In what ways does tolerance and respect help improve relationships within the school environment? This is what they shared with us.
"Tolerance could let other people in warmly and Respect can make people feel comfortable, that created a good environment to learn" - Sian

Next week, the halls of NCA will be filled with midterms, music, and meaningful preparation.
Our students are getting ready to share what they’ve been working on in this semester’s Fall Showcase.
A creative celebration inspired by the theme Two Wings, One Flight.
Every performance, every story, every song is a reflection of something deeper: that when we lift each other up, we go further.
We can’t wait to share this evening with you.
