Dance is for every body. 💙

Our Adaptive Dance class is designed for children with a diagnosis or disability who may benefit from additional support in a dance environment.

Through music, movement and creative expression, dancers can build confidence, explore new skills, connect with others and most importantly, have fun in a supportive and welcoming space.

There is no recital requirement for this class. This is a space where dancers can participate at their own pace, celebrate their progress and enjoy the experience of dance without the pressure of a performance.

Whether your child is completely new to dance or simply looking for a class designed with their individual needs in mind, we’d love to welcome them to our Dance Creations community.

Interested in learning more? Send us a message or reach out to the studio to find out if Adaptive Dance is the right fit for your dancer.

Today, on National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we pause to honour the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and their communities.

As dancers, we use movement to express history, story, and emotion; and today, we reflect on the power of listening to the stories and voices of Indigenous peoples across Canada.

We encourage our studio family to wear orange, reflect, and seek out opportunities to learn and support Indigenous artists, creators, and community leaders today and every day. 🧡
