There's no bell curve, and I don't have a quota to fill. Participants of the Modern Yoga Method Online teacher training pass their exams because the program sets them up for success.

It's not about memorizing information or regurgitating a script.

It's about getting curious about how the body moves and being inspired to share cool yoga stuff with others.

It's a program like no other.

Your participants will share why they've decided to practice with you if they want to.

Maybe they want to become more bendy.🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe they want to become stronger.🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe they need to decompress.🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe they need an escape.🤷🏻‍♀️

Whatever their reasons are, it's none of your business until they let you know otherwise. All you can do as a teacher is teach how you like to practice and share what lights you up.

And remember, not everyone is going to like you and how/what you teach. So be it.🤷🏻‍♀️

If I ever contemplated not running the Modern Yoga Method Online YTT, it's feedback like THIS that screams I should keep going.😭🥰

This past year has been another unique one and I didn't get the enrollment that I was initially hoping for. It was a small group, but something in me told me that I had to run it anyway and I'm happy I did. We became a little family and cultivated solid relationships.

Together, we went through all the feels over the last 5 months.

Excitement
Anxiety
Fear
Joy
Anger
Frustration
Wonderment
Curiosity
Humility
Doubt
Love
Adoration
Fulfillment
Pride

And so much more.....I wouldn't change a thing. It was imperfectly perfect.

Very last day of the Modern Yoga Method Online YTT.🥺

It's the day to get any and all last minute questions in, practice teaching together, and start preparing for exams!😳

Often near the end, participants are worried that this is their last chance to get support from me and ask questions, but that's simply not true. That's not how I roll. Just because the program ends, doesn't mean I go away. I'm here for the long haul and happy to be there for my graduates in every way I can. And THAT'S how I roll.😊

No nonsense. That's how I roll, and that's how the Modern Yoga Method Online YTT rolls. We get straight to the point and content that matters. Why? Because 200 hours need to be utilized efficiently and effectively.😎

MODULE 1: Anatomy, Physiology, and tons of movement labs to understand the "why's" of movement and asanas in a Yoga practice.

MODULE 2: Teach. Yeah, that's right. Teach.🤓

Even if you have no intention of teaching, understanding more about your own body and practice will grant you the power to make your own choices when taking a class from someone else and knowing with full confidence, WHY you're making those choices.🤔

Sounds empowering? Yeah? Because it is.💪🏼

That's right!💥 Every single participant of the Modern Yoga Method Online YTT program has passed both the written and practical exams with flying colours. 🙌🏻

Why? Because the program is designed to provide new Yoga Teachers with the tools to think for themselves and teach a class that goes beyond the shapes (asanas).

Whether it's a class designed for someone who's never set foot on a Yoga mat, or someone who's looking to refine their skills and improve strength, these new graduates are delivering nothing short of brilliance.

I continue to be impressed by, and proud of these graduates every damn day.😌
