Modern Yoga Method

There's no bell curve, and I don't have a quota to fill. Participants of the Modern Yoga Method Online teacher training pass their exams because the program sets them up for success.

It's not about memorizing information or regurgitating a script.

It's about getting curious about how the body moves and being inspired to share cool yoga stuff with others.

It's a program like no other.

Your participants will share why they've decided to practice with you if they want to.

Whatever their reasons are, it's none of your business until they let you know otherwise. All you can do as a teacher is teach how you like to practice and share what lights you up.

And remember, not everyone is going to like you and how/what you teach. So be it.🤷🏻‍♀️

This past year has been another unique one and I didn't get the enrollment that I was initially hoping for. It was a small group, but something in me told me that I had to run it anyway and I'm happy I did. We became a little family and cultivated solid relationships.

It's the day to get any and all last minute questions in, practice teaching together, and start preparing for exams!😳

Often near the end, participants are worried that this is their last chance to get support from me and ask questions, but that's simply not true. That's not how I roll. Just because the program ends, doesn't mean I go away. I'm here for the long haul and happy to be there for my graduates in every way I can. And THAT'S how I roll.😊
