We continue to watch the skies and the progress of construction at Spruce Grove Composite High School. Mother Nature has not always cooperated but Alberta Infrastructure has provided PSD with the latest project update. This includes the gravel base this week and paving of the parking lot next week. Barring any unforeseen delays, the new parking lot will be ready to welcome back students September 1st and 2nd depending on grade. 🚜👷⛅️⛅️⛅️⛅️⛅️

Graham Construction and Parkland School Division welcomed leaders from Alberta Infrastructure including Assistant Deputy Minister, Brad Smid and Project Manager Greg Leitch for a tour of the construction site at Spruce Grove Composite High School. You can see many aspects of the school already taking shape despite all the rain the job site has had to deal with. (Also pictured: PSD Deputy Superintendent Bryn Spence, Director Facilities Serge LaBrie and Facilities Supervisor Serge Ethier.

Graham Construction crews are currently working on installing the new underground utilities and infrastructure at the new Spruce Grove Composite High School, which meant the student/staff parking lot had to be demolished.

Once the underground utility work is complete, the parking areas will be fully rebuilt.
