This group is for new mamas and seasoned mamas with babes 0-12 month olds!

Our first session called the Mama Social has a special treat! We have a mini photo shoot for you and your baby with ! Enjoy some professional photos of you and your little bundle, because let’s be honest, how many of you only have a selfie of you and your baby in your phone?

Let us teach you how to help improve chances in those vital minutes while waiting for emergency services to arrive. Learn to identify the need, respond to the situation and preform high quality CPR and appropriate choking maneuvers when required.
This workshop covers infant, child and adult CPR, choking and AED use.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You will receive instruction by Heart and Stroke certified BLS instructors. Who are both moms of 3 and nurses working with moms and babies in hospital.
