What an incredible day at the first-ever Connect & Play Family Fair!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to every family, community partner, volunteer, staff member, and supporter who joined us. Seeing so many children laughing, exploring, creating, and connecting with one another was exactly what this event was all about.

From the Mud Kitchen and Box City to the Sensory Tent, face painting, balloon animals, classroom tours, and visits with Elsa, Marshall, and Rumi, it was wonderful to see our community come together for a day of play, learning, and connection.

A special thank you to our community partners, vendors, and specialists who generously shared their time, expertise, and resources with families throughout the day. Your support helped make this event possible.

At PSD Early Education, we believe that strong communities are built through relationships, and Saturday was a beautiful reminder of the power of coming together to support children and families.

Parkland’s Early Education Program offers specialized support for preschool-aged children with moderate to severe developmental delays, in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Our experienced certified teachers work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support your child’s development through meaningful play and connection.

School Readiness and ASQ Fair Identify your child's progress, and receive resources and knowledge on areas where they may need support before entering kindergarten.

Set your child up for success this coming school year!

Attend our "School Readiness and ASQ Fair" on Thursday, June 12th from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Family Connection Centre.
🧠Knowledgeable staff from our community partners will be on hand to answer your questions about school readiness and provide resources.
✏️Children aged 3 - 5 years will have the opportunity to participate in fun, developmentally appropriate activities while their caregiver completes an Ages & Stages Questionnaire to identify their child's strengths and any areas where they may need support.
