Shingwàkons PS is having a shoe drive! We are accepting all new and gently used footwear. Thanks for helping out! Shoes can be sent to school until June 13th.

Our Jump Rope for Heart event in support of the Canadian Heart & Stroke foundation is fast approaching! This our second year participating in Jump Rope for Heart, as we hope to help our students cultivate healthy exercise habits from a young age.

R5A is hosting a fair day on Thursday, April 25th for students in grades 1-6. The fair is part of a business they created called the Addiction Elimination Crew.
Each student will receive 3 free tickets than can be used to play the games at the fair. More tickets can be purchased for $0.50 either by cash that day or through School Cash Online.
Keychains and buttons are being sold for $2-$3. All profits from the sale of tickets/keychains will go to CHEO. Donations will also be accepted.
