Canadian law enforcement has also raised concerns about how online spaces can be used to influence and radicalize youth.

A simple family step this week:
✅ Ask: “What kind of posts show up most in your feed—funny, helpful, or angry?”
✅ Practice a reset: follow 3 positive accounts, unfollow/mute 1 account that spikes stress
✅ Remind kids: “Strong feelings are a signal to pause before you share.”
