Our 6R students were proud participants in the 2026 Fish Friends Program in partnership with the Pictou County Rivers Association.
Throughout the year, students raised trout from eggs and recently released approximately 550 trout into local waterways. A wonderful hands-on learning experience that helped students learn about conservation, ecosystems, and environmental stewardship!

Garden club has been busy!
They successfully applied for funds to make the garden accessible for all students a couple weeks ago. They made a whirlwind trip to Kent last week and have started putting plants and seeds in the ground! We're looking forward to seeing what grows!
