A little time away, a lot of connection, laughter, reflection and encouragement. 💙
Our SBC staff retreat was a meaningful opportunity to pause, reconnect as a team, and pray for the incoming student body. We’re grateful for the people who make this community what it is—and we're excited for the year ahead!

🎉 What a day at the Pioneer Days Parade yesterday! 🎉
We’re incredibly excited to share that SBC took home the Most Engaging Float Award! 🏆
With live music featuring a variety of SBC alumni, pulled by a truck as old as our school (1936), it was a day we won’t soon forget.
And that truck? Well… it overheated before the parade even began! 😅 We prayed - we waited - and a neighbouring float gave us a bit of a tow until that old truck got moving again!
A little parade-day reminder that God is good—and He’s still in the business of answering prayers. 🙏
Thank you to everyone who helped make our float come to life, everyone who cheered us on along the route, and everyone who joined us in praising God down Main Street, Steinbach!
