Big thank you to Strangle | Submission Grappling Organization Michael Giuseppe Santarsieri for putting on such a fun & exciting show last month. We will have memories about that night that'll last a lifetime.

A big congratulations to Balance Jiu-Jitsu Ltd. for having such a tiny but mighty jiu-jitsu athlete. Both competitors were very brave to get up on that stage!

Jiu-jitsu builds confidence, resilience & discipline which all the competitors who stepped on that stage demonstrated.
