A couple weeks ago, Life Culture hosted our first “Still Hot” Night!

What started as a small little event turned into an amazing evening focused on the education of menopause and perimenopause. Over 200 women came together to learn, laugh, share stories, eat great food, shed a few tears, and laugh some more.

It was one of those nights that felt bigger than we imagined. The support, the honesty, the energy in the room, it truly meant something.

We’ve been blown away by the feedback still coming in and are already talking about when we can do it again.

Thank you to everyone who supported, volunteered, spoke, and showed up. You made the night what it was……The Hottest Night in Town.

One in six couples struggle with infertility, that is about 17% of all couples. Most of them are struggling in silence.

This group is here to break that silence and help these women feel loved and supported during this difficult journey.

Our support group meets the first Monday of every month at the Life Culture office in Steinbach.

Meaningful palliative care is essential in ensuring that individuals at the end of their lives experience dignity, comfort, and a sense of fulfillment. Instead, Canadians are increasingly being encouraged to choose MAiD. Canadians deserve quality palliative care for themselves and their families.

Finding out you are pregnant can be overwhelming and very scary. We offer free support to help you walk through your options in a confidential, caring, and compassionate environment.

We offer information on parenting, adoption, and abortion, so you can make an informed decision, knowing that this is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

Our Pregnancy After Loss Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of every month in Steinbach-a safe, welcoming space to share your fears, hopes, and joys with others who truly understand.

Did you know that 74% of post-abortive women say they felt pressure from others to abort? Abortion is not the straightforward decision women are led to believe it is. In our experience, and studies support this, the biggest influence on a woman's decision to choose life to choose abortion has to do with whether the father of the baby is supportive of the pregnancy or not. So while abortion is framed as a woman's choice, it is the choice of the father that often determines the outcome.

At Life Culture, we love life and we show that love by supporting women. We believe that when women are informed and cared for, life thrives. Through practical support, compassionate connection, and life-affirming resources, we help women see their strength and discover hope for their future and their childrens'.

Babies are miracles of life, from the miraculous beginnings of conception to the development of their unique identities. They deserve human rights, just like everyone else.
