A quick reminder that we try to start class right on time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time so that you have time to put away your belongings and get your bike/weights set up. Not only is rolling in late distracting to both the instructor and other participants, but it also can make you feel flustered and have a less enjoyable ride.

Please note that we lock the door 1 minute prior to class starting.

⏰ Late arrival/No Show policy: If you arrive after the doors are locked, your class pass will be forfeited. If you’re on an unlimited membership, a $10 late fee will apply. This policy helps us keep classes running on time and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
