This isn’t about the “fastest-growing industry” or what’s “trending.” This is about our bodies, our health, & our healing journeys. And NO woman should ever be taken advantage of in that process.

To every woman investing in herself or trusting someone with her health, wellbeing or training: do your research! Your education & your body deserve someone who has truly earned the right to teach, treat, and guide you— not someone looking to make a quick buck.

I won’t seek revenge, because I know the foundation I’ve built. I know how hard I’ve worked for it. And I know that can never be taken from me. ✨

I have been made aware that there have been a lot of conversations lately, that did not include myself, with someone that was inaccurately representing my business. I feel it’s important to speak from my heart and clear up any misconceptions.

My business grew faster than I ever imagined and I became overwhelmed trying to do everything myself. I brought someone on to help with my marketing because I trusted we shared the same vision… to build Contour Culture into something that empowered women and created opportunities together.
Unfortunately, I’ve learned that wasn’t the case.
If any posts made it seem like I supported something that doesn’t align with my vision, I sincerely apologize. That was never my intention.

Moving forward, Contour Culture training will only be offered to those who genuinely want to build with Contour Culture. My goal has ALWAYS been to grow a team, not train people to immediately become competitors.

I also want to be very clear, the only authentic Contour Culture training comes directly from me. If you see my name, face, photos or content being used to advertise training that isn’t offered by me personally, it is not affiliated with Contour Culture. If you’re ever unsure, please message me before booking or sending a deposit!

This experience has been a difficult lesson, but it hasn’t changed who I am. I will continue to lead with kindness, honesty and integrity while helping women feel confident and building a community based on trust.
