St. Walburg School would like to extend our heartfelt best wishes to four valued staff members as they begin new chapters in their careers.
Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the countless ways you have made a difference in the lives of our students, staff, and school community. Each of you has left a lasting impact, and while you will be greatly missed, we are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Miss Petch will be teaching in Battleford as a Class Complexity teacher.
Miss Preddy has moved to Leroy and will be teaching Grade 1/2.
Miss Renwick will be teaching High School Science in Paradise Hill.
Mrs. Bartee will be teaching High School Math at Ernie Studer School in Loon Lake.
We wish you every success and happiness in your new roles.

We are asking all town parents to pick up their children from school today. We are still under a Hold & Secure order because of a bear in town near the school, so we want all of our students to get home safely. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

We would like to send out a Thank You to Roots of Hope - Meadow Lake and area for sponsoring the Tyler Smith presentation we had in May. Tyler’s message around mental health was inspiring and students connected with him.

We have been notified of a bear in the area so we are on Hold and Secure. This means that no students will be allowed to leave unless they are picked up by a guardian. All classes and recesses will be inside until the issue is resolved. Thank you!
