The Fisheries and Marine Institute's Centre for Marine Simulation (CMS) is proud to support Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Halifax King's Harbour Master team as they transition to a new generation of harbour tug operations.

Through a unique Advanced Simulation Training program, CMS and partners aided in supporting the successful Introduction of the first Naval Large Tug (Canso).

Partnerships like this demonstrate how advanced simulation technology can support critical marine operations and strengthen Canada's maritime capabilities.

MI's Centre for Marine Simulation (CMS) continues to bridge the gap between industry learning and real-world performance, ensuring crews are ready to operate safely and confidently from their very first assignment.
