Good morning,

Due to the school closure day, we will not have Part-Time Preschool this morning as the school aged children take priority on our license.

We will be opening this morning and keeping a close eye on the weather as it progresses. Please monitor your emails and phones for updates throughout the day.

Sorry for the delay, we are closed for the day as Metrobus has not resumed all services and snow clearing emergency exits are not complete.

Parents and Guardians,

Due to the impending weather, our centre will remain closed for the morning on Tuesday, March 24th, with an update at 11:00 am.

Just received word that schools are closed again tomorrow. The same circumstances for care that we had today, applies for tomorrow, February 25th.

Unfortunately, no part-time preschool again. Hopefully back to regular programming on Thursday little friends!

No part time preschool to accommodate the school aged children.

MetroBus says to expect delays. If staff have not arrived on time due to bus delays, please wait with your child until they arrive.

I’m certain the parking lot is going to be hectic to navigate with all the snow. Please back in where possible and do not block emergency exits. The snow will get trucked away when the operators are available to do so.

There are posts on social media that indicate Goulds Elementary is still snow covered and may not be ready to open tomorrow.

If this is the case, and Goulds Elementary is closed, there will unfortunately be no Part-Time Preschool Program available as the space must go to the school aged children for the full day of care.

Given the current state of the roads, snow clearing efforts for our facilities/staff, and the cancellation of MetroBus services, our centre will remain closed for the day tomorrow, February 23rd.

Reminder that Part-Time Preschool has a scheduled closure tomorrow for Gould’s Elementary KinderStart #2 session!

Additionally, the schools Mid-Winter break was not included on the monthly Calendar but will take place on Monday, February 23rd. School aged children will be scheduled to attend the Centre for the full day. There will be no space for Part-Time Preschool on this day. Sorry for the inconvenience!
